What a day!

About six months ago Amelia told me what she wanted to do for her 12th birthday. She wanted to go to the temple with her whole family and do baptisms. I thought that was a great idea and kept that in mind. Well about a month ago I started to do some family history work (with the help of our wonderful ward expert - love her for all her help) and we ended up with about 46 women and 45 men who we could do the baptisms for. We got up really early and headed to the Los Angeles Temple yesterday morning at 6:15 am and had a wonderful experience being there together and helping those family members who didn't have the chance to learn about the gospel here. Jamie and Alyson were so helpful to Amelia. Jim only did 15 men names so I will send some to my sister for her boys to do the baptisms. We took a few pictures outside. It was a beautiful day!
